Pula in winter

MAGICAL ISTRIA IN ADVENT

While Pula remains busy until the end of October, attracting many tourists for swimming, it becomes noticeably quieter and the streets emptier during the winter months. However, Pula is no less beautiful in winter and exudes a special magic and unique charm even in the cooler months. Those who prefer a more tranquil experience and wish to discover the stunning landscapes and charming old towns of Istria in all their glory, without the crowds and lovingly decorated, will cherish a winter trip to Pula. From December onwards, the magic of the Christmas season transforms the city into a sparkling wonderland. Here, you can soak up the cozy atmosphere as the streets are filled with festively decorated stalls, music, and the aroma of mulled wine, punch, fritule, and Istrian grilled specialties. Children will find fun and excitement on the ice rink, specially set up for the Christmas season, or in the Christmas-themed "Children's Wonderland," where they can hand in their wish lists at Santa's cottage. Don't miss out on this unique experience and feel free to contact us if you are planning a winter holiday in Istria.
